my back pain keeps getting significantly worse and every time i go to the doctor they just ask if i’ve lifted anything heavy recently and then prescribe me muscle relaxers that don’t do anything

but apparently there’s nothing wrong with me and no reason to do scans because i don’t have any bowel/bladder issues so it’s probably nothing

I just did a round of PT and it helped a little, I try to keep it going, but I still can’t stand upright for more than a few minutes

vitamin d and iron deficiency can cause back and leg pain. anything below 100 ferritin can cause symptoms and below 80ng/ml vitamin d
