Hi, I have chiari malformation and get chronic migraines that worsen in the summer specifically due to increased atmospheric activity fucking with my intercranial pressure. If u haven't heard of this condition before pls spend 5 mins google searching it's much more common than doctors know!
Doctors are really uneducated about Chiari and I know dozens of people who've gone misdiagnosed for years even after scans showing obvious herniation bc the drs don't know to look for it. U prob don't have it but PLS make sure to do ur due diligence! I don't have clinical IH but my neurosurgeon told me I was likely experiencing flares due to chiari making me extra sensitive to changes in pressure 🫡 & Yes I think VRT is def worth trying, it has a lot of benefits even if it doesn't impact ur pain
