To those on a lower histamine restriction, if you can tolerate/like pomegranate and cranberry get a bag of each frozen to the blender add as much of each as you wish with honey to taste and your choice of milk. The BEST smoothie, or mix with some yogurt

It’s so good! Due to my MCAS I have to start that again and found this recipe and especially ona flare day it’s a nice treat to trick your mind
