I literally cannot breathe properly?? I feel short of breath constantly what do I do? I don’t wanna go to the er unless I’m genuinely suffocating but it’s getting bad and I feel weak

If your b12 wasn’t checked already, I’d add it next time you get labs. Low iron a lot of the time will come with low b12 and iron won’t function as well without a good functioning b12
