I don’t but most people I know get it by just having a supportive doctor and asking them to do the paperwork/letter. And it’s sometimes so difficult to convince someone unsupportive to give you one that it’s easier to try a different provider (but really that’s helpful for more than just the handicap process). Also some areas you need a temporary one first or there are different requirements for what’s eligible, check out your state.
