
cry 🥲 but seriously try to make sure you get your vitamins and protein in so your body has everything it needs and you don’t lose important muscle mass. I like Grüns brand superfood gummies for visamin supplements (eat a pack a day, or at least try to) and Atkins diet brand protein shakes, because both of them actually taste good as opposed to a lot of health/supplement food (protein bulk especially, yuck!) and are light and easy to get down with no appetite
Unfortunately I’m having bad malabsorption problems so taking oral supplements/vitamins don’t do anything for me. I get weekly shots and infusions every couple months to keep up with it. But I’ll definitely look into protein shakes because I’ve really been striking to get anything down in the morning
