This is unrelated but does anyone have tips on how to respond to my neurologist when he asks “how do you know you’re still having seizures?” (he’s an epilepsy specialist lmaoo). Last time he didnt take me seriously/increase my meds until I bite my lip lol

I have a log of every seizure and every aura I’ve had from 2022-now (the ones I count as seizures are ones where I lose consciousness) and the lip biting happened in 2025, so that was 3 years of “are you sure you’re having seizures?”. I feel like he doesnt take me seriously bc I dont have grand mal seizures. The portal limits words and doesn’t let me upload documents. I just need help wording “I have a document of every seizure I’ve had from 2022-now how can I send this? Do you have an email?”
