I had it done like 6 years ago as a teen and recovery was very fast, maybe 2 days of pain and the rest just felt like the kind of deep soreness you get from like moving heavy furniture or smth like that. I think I took the opioids for the first 2 days and the was totally fine. It may have been easy just bc I was young though

The first night, I watched a bunch of comedy shows and I remember the pain increasing when I laughed, but the funny content combined with the pain meds helped distract me too
