I’ve had juvenile idiopathic arthritis since I was 2 (I’m 19 now) there are so many medications out now and even more that are still coming out that very much helps with symptoms. The hard part is the weak immune system. I’ve had a sore throat turn into sepsis

I have Celiac, and my grandma who played a major role in raising me has had RA since she was 30 and developed diabetes and fibromyalgia. She takes Prednisone and was able to taper down to the lowest dose recently!

She also has psoriasis and another skin one I can’t remember as well. My dad has ulcerative colitis. My mum basically gets a shot every month to kill her immune system

She actually had to get surgery on her wrists a few years ago for that one but the shot kills her immune system so it drastically reduces her symptoms since there is no immune system left to attack the body. But she has to be VERY careful about germs and doesn’t get out much due to that

Also think about going to get your eyes checked out. Idk if it’s all arthritis or just some but many patients like me end up getting uveitis in the eyes after arthritis diagnosis
