zofran is my best friend but unfortunately loves to turn my bowels into an Immovable Object

brutal 😭 I wanna passively suggest magnesium citrate supplements (taken with a Ton of water) cause that helps me a lot with keeping the ol lower GI tract in motion, but like, the cycle of taking meds to treat side effects of meds you’re taking to manage the side effects of other meds is beyond exhausting so I realize that’s not really a “solution”

Yeah it’s always take more meds to fix the meds to fix the side effect of the other meds lol. I take colace sometimes when I have to take lots of zofran, but that’s not a long term solution so I mostly just drink lots of water, don’t take a zofran unless I ABSOLUTELY need it, and cross my fingers 🤡
