Antidepressants can cause postural hypotension where your blood pressure drops when you stand. If it is random drops unrelated to standing I would look into other possibilities, though. I started remeron this year and it gets really bad when I increase the dose. I took my blood pressure once and it was very low

I never heard of Prozac doing that but I hear that’s a thing with Prazosin
