It is really bad though I have no clue what to do, because I know it will be dismissed or they won’t be able to do anything at an urgent care. Though I cannot do anything with this kind of pain I’m so lost🤩.

Late but if you’re still in pain without help they might be able to provide some amount of pain relief at urgent care, like toradol.
