It’s not Red Cross but the local blood bank where I have to do therapeutic phlebotomy offers me the incentives they give to donors but I like, feel guilty abt it and don’t take the free shirt bc my blood bag is just gonna be incinerated it’s not eligible for donation

i can’t even do therapeutic phlebotomy bc donating blood can apparently trigger a flare up for me 😃
