idk about u but it’s probably the weather. my arthritis has been doing TERRIBLE since it snowed in january.

I have lupus. I totally understand that my joints have been hurting so much as it's gotten colder.

yesterday my brain fog was soo bad i could barely form a coherent thought. and today, i had to skip school because my legs hurt so bad

Yesss, I've definitely experienced all of that. I'm glad you took a break today; you very much need and deserve it. I hope the small break helps even if it’s just a little bit.
