I can’t stand liquid iv bc they add thickeners. My favorite is drip drop

I used to just put table salt and potassium salt in my vitamin water during flares. If you get the ratios right, it tastes like a cross between Gatorade and vitamin water.

I think that’s my problem with most things I’ve tried too. It just feels think when I’m drinking it and or just too sweet for my liking. I just feel like a lot of electrolyte drinks and such leave a weird feeling or taste in my mouth

I usually add twice as much water as the packet calls for bc I don’t like super sweet stuff too. But I also drink tons of water and try to eat salty snacks a lot so it balances lol

As in lots of water bottles with the enhancers

Yeah that’s what I always do too for the sweetness but everything I’ve tried still leaves that weirdness and has that same taste I feel like. Idk if that even makes sense but 🤣 I’ve never heard of drip drop though so maybe I’ll have to try that!

I mostly have an issue with potassium, but also get orthostatic hypotension. When I was really sick I was making these “cocktails” with clear ensures, lemonade, coconut water (for potassium), and table salt.
