love not knowing what’s wrong with me. i have hypoglycemia episodes yet nothing ever comes up on tests. sometimes it gets so bad i can barely walk. i’ve yet to faint or have a seizure but i feel like it’s just a matter of time :/

can I ask if you're on any hormones? My drs never figured out the exact situation but my hypoglycemia stopped when I got my Nexplanon removed.

Same! Blood tests confirm that it’s hypoglycemia but haven’t found a cause. I also haven’t fainted from it but I get so lightheaded that I can’t walk safely and I’ve even had other people ask if I needed an ambulance because I looked unwell. Hopefully we all get answers

I'm pcos/pmos and have similar issues but I also have PNES so I have the seizures.

ooh yea you might be having insulin resistance, which causes your body to make too much insulin, which could cause blood sugar imbalances
