how do you motivate yourself to do the stretches/exercises ?
i know i need to do mine and like i want to do them but the thought of doing them feels like too much or like another chore

kinda silly but like my pt and i talked about some of the stuff ive missed out on and picked a goal for me to have every couple of months so i don’t want to do them but i would however love to go on a hike with my dog !
