I’m currently doing a cPTSD paid study, and the facilitators are literally more trauma informed and compassionate than my previous therapist.

I was diagnosed with BPD in 2020 then went back to college. My college mental health counselor told me she didn’t think I had BPD because it’s unlikely I’d be in college with the condition. “You probably just have depression.” So I started believing it and it made me go crazy. After graduating, I got a second opinion and yes, they agreed with the original BPD diagnosis.

I don't have trauma, I'm just extremely mentally ill due to family history bro. It's very well known that the medical system, including the mental health care system, ignores women
