I have very large internal hemorrhoids that prolapse but I don’t really know how to help because I went to the doctor about them and they said there’s no point in treating them because they’ll just come back from my ibs 😭

i have internal hemorrhoids from chronic diarrhea. if possible the most effective thing is to address the cause of them which is often chronic diarrhea or constipation. besides that i read preparation h and witch hazel helps. there are also procedures to get them removed
