Newly diagnosed w POTS, just collapsed and smacked my nose on something on the way down resulting in a double nose bleed. It aches a bit, how bad should I expect the swelling to be?

i’ve ran full force into a wall in the dark and gave myself a nose bleed but there was no swelling

Haven’t injured myself with my episodes but when you feel any symptoms, slowly sit down or lay down so you are already safe on the ground. It saved me many time from head injuries or other serious injuries
