I was able to see my PCP today. I feel really confident in their ability to help me. I wasn’t happy being on one of my meds for my PMDD because of the long term effects so they are putting me on something that feels better. I like PCPs that listen 🥺

unfortunately ive had my pcp since i was born and ive been medically complex since a child so ive already given up on my current pcp listening and its gonna be so hard to switch my pcp until im like 25 prob 💔
