Im assuming youre a college student since youre on yikyak, but most colleges have an emergency grant you can apply for that will cover costs like medical bills, car breaking down, being fired from a job. Definitely think its worth looking into! I wouldn’t have been able to afford my $3,000 surgery without one.

This is very true I got one through my school called a UGA grant and they gave me 2,000 for 2 semesters so I could grad in time

My school sucks and doesn’t really offer things like that, especially to chronically ill students. I’ve talked to school admin members about my situation (shocker, feeling like ass all the time has some negatives for my grades and academic performance) and they basically just told me to drop out or take a LOA until I have a diagnosis so I can get specific accommodations
