
this is outside of my realm of experience, but perhaps foods with a higher fat content to try and keep more weight on when it’s hard to eat? so that you can try and get more of the bulk from food in the smaller quantities that you are able to eat. I am struggling with a low appetite from medication rn too and have to eat foods with more sugar than usual as my blood sugar keeps dropping, so kinda applying the same logic here… but take with a grain of salt as again I don’t have direct experience
