Anyone with EDS have their hips “get stuck” (not sublaxed) and have to have them “pop” to regain full range of motion?

I got an x-ray which was negative for bone spurs so my doctor is at a loss for what’s causing it

It feels out of place so I do a full leg rotation and anytime I do that I feel my tendons or something pop and shift around. I’m 21 and can’t remember a time where it didn’t do that, fucked it up couple weeks ago rtho
