Short term topical lidocaine helps me a lot, and reusable hot/cold backs that come with a pouch and strap to keep it in place. Long term if you can get a doc who will prescribe low dose naltrexone, it changed my life.

Hot bath or sitting under a hot shower usually helps me a little :) I hope you feel better soon

I have arthritis and some joints, but it’s more due to my EDS issues. For me, Voltaren gel just over-the-counter helps a lot and heat, if it’s widespread through your body and you don’t have access to a bathtub or it might be hard to get in and out of and you like heat, I would recommend this product called a sauna blanket. You can find them for like $150 on Black Friday. It’s like a heating pad for your whole body that gets really hot.
