you’re right. but after spending at least 3 years aggressively advocating for measures that would permit chronically ill people to Not be killed off or further debilitated by the ongoing circulation of covid, and repeatedly being laughed off, shrugged at, abandoned and lied to over it, I genuinely cannot see things improving from here

#1 13hI know so many people in disability justice circles who have been sounding the alarm since 2021 re: covid apathy inevitably contributing to / driving an escalating wave of eugenics against the disabled at large, and I just keep watching that increasingly coming to fruition and not knowing what to say other than “yeah. would sure be nice if anyone listened to us”
