Personally, I have prescribed meds that are stronger than those… but the thing that helps me most is sleep or heat

heating packs and tylenol arthritis has been my godsend

Sleep, KT tape, cupping, Accupuncture, massage, trigger point release, ice or heat, lidocaine (when I was prescribed it), TENS unit. A lot for me depends on the severity, location, and cause.
