I stayed overnight at the hospital last night for the sleep apnea and sleep disorder test. So glad this is over with.

Also want to say that even when bringing several comfort items from home, this test was very uncomfortable. The medical staff was also not exactly the best. Their bed side manner was not very good. I don’t normally go to this hospital, but I hope I won’t have to go back here.

I’ve always thought that I’d have a harder time falling asleep in a hospital than at home, and that’d skew the results 🤔

That’s why I brought Tylenol PM with me to help me sleep. The test at the hospital is also more accurate than the one you can do at home which is why I chose to do it there

I was able to sleep through the night and when I woke up they told me they study went great and they got all the data they needed and that I will get my results back in a few weeks
