Regular abdominal massage!!
And try to pay attention to what foods make the bloating worse
Try peppermint pills before bed and try not to eat anything 4 hours before and like to do a tumeric/ ginger shot in the morning and before bed.

A lot of my bloating is from endometriosis but I get it from GI issues too so it depends what the cause is
