hypermobility like eds and maybe iron deficiency or iron deficiency with anemia. get an iron panel and ferritin blood test. ferritin should be above 125. and if you need really cheap ways to get labs i can give you some websites i’ve used

You can be hypermobile but not flexible. The muscles overcompensate for the loose ligaments and get extremely tight.
I have all of this and have the hEDS, POTS, MCAS trifecta

it’s very likely you have ed’s/pots they go hand in hand. consider trying braces and kt tape!! i’ve noticed for my fatigue that consuming alot of electrolytes helps significantly

for a while i had to double brace my knees and use a cane 😭 in addition to wrist and ankle braces. thankfully im on a medication that helps significantly now. however i fell on one of my knees today so im very much cooked for a while

could maybe explain why my shoulders do that funky thing also?? all i know is that i have literally never been flexible, even less so the older i get

my last blood test showed my iron was fine. in fact most of my stuff was normal my blood’s being secretive
