Yall this is embarrassing but does anyone have any tips for getting rid of hemorrhoids? I eat extra fiber, don’t strain, use colace. I don’t see my dr for 2 weeks and I’ve developed a fear of going to the bathroom bc of pain. How can I make it bearable

i would use diaper cream (i use desitin) and Preparation H. Wipes the cream feels embarrassing, but it helps wonders and no one else has to know ab it

I don’t have hemorrhoids, I went to the dr and I was wrong. So idk why I’m in pain.
