Has anyone else had waves of pressure in their head? It’s the best I can describe it. I woke up, and every few seconds there will be a pressure, or kinda like a fullness, and I have no idea what’s going on Apologies if what I described makes no sense😭

Is the barometric pressure changing a lot where you are? That can cause changes in pressure in your head and lots of headaches

Do you have a blood pressure monitor? Sometimes waking up makes my BP skyrocket, especially if I'm waking up to an alarm or unexpected noise, and that's what it feels like

ive had these for years (even before my pots). they started getting worse after my pots and after i started meds that caused brain zaps. my doctors have suggested it could be a blood rush, brain zaps, or something else entirely. ive noticed if they happen A LOT, laying down without lights and a cold compress on the neck CAN help, but ofc this is j my experience

I was about to say the same thing. I have issues where my BP skyrockets from 95/70 to 140/110 over movement and that’s what it feels like
