please god forbid it, there is an anti-intellectual epidemic. There are people here using ai to plan outfits, hold conversation, and educate themselves, as if the app doesn't just regurgitate what it thinks you want to hear. Leave your echo chamber.

Bruh what’s the harm in using AI for outfit planning or studying lmfao That’s like someone who was around when Google was invented saying “you have a library you can go to, Google is cheating/going to make you dumb”

Okay but you didn’t answer my question And looking up lunch recipes/ideas isn’t bad for meal planning purposes imo, unless he was going it at a restaurant or dining hall or something which might be a little silly

creativity is a skill and creativity brings joy. substituting your creativity for a machine is removing your outlets for the fundamental want to create. we are EVOLUTIONARILY DRIVEN to want to do these things, unless you’ve burnt your dopamine receptors to hell.

I mean I definitely that AI generated art and music is bad, but I mean, why are we making such a big deal about using it for outfit planning? I don’t think that falls under the “fundamental want to create”, and I’m definitely not evolutionarily driven to create outfits. It’s like stealing outfits off of Pinterest. No one has a problem with that, so how is that any different?
