Swap front and back tires to even tread wear, they might also switch left/right depending on how the tires are

If you have a AWD not that much, it’s only really evening out the tread from the front tires being turned, in a RWD/FWD, you’d rotate them for that reason but to also even out the wear on the tire being used to provide power (which loses tread faster obviously)
