Hi OP, I am not sure if you read about the scientist that did isotope testing and basically showed the true origin of raw materials doesn’t match what companies say. Basically companies do not control where they raw materials come from and thus people are getting lower quality products and food that isn’t even wild caught. Similarly to the book you are sharing :)
