I mean it might be a bit of a stretch as the romance is more of a side plot until the second book, but the house in the cerulean sea is a super cute cozy fantasy

Also! For fantasy I would say The Tarot Sequence by K. D. Edwards (a trilogy), A Taste of Gold and Iron by Alexandra Rowland (standalone), The Tithenai Chronicles by Foz Meadows (two book series so far), the Big Bad Wolf series by Charlie Adhara (five book series), and the Stagsblood Trilogy by Gideon E. Wood (also a trilogy)
