You might like the Nesta book from the ACOTAR series. You don’t really need to read the whole series to understand it either tbh. I would recommend finding a summary for the earlier books then read the novella then the nesta book. I forget the name tbh they’re all too similar sorry.

I’m not sure if you’d entirely consider it romantasy/fantasy, but the Vegas Immortals series isn’t either of those tropes, I think

mistborn by brandon sanderson. awesome fmc with a heist plotline and a group who teams up to kill god. fun romance too
