Beth O’Leary, Mimi Matthews (espec if you like mystery plots and regency), and Katherine Center come to mind!!

Haven’t read it but the Cheat Sheet maybe? Also if you want little to no spice try googling contemporary closed door romances, that’s typically how you can find the romance books where scenes are implied but not explicit
