Yeah but then you get authors like Brynn Kelly who make it even 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 and more beautiful in those last 100 pages.

Specifically for A Murder to Remember. I don’t want to spoil it by giving exact details since if you are someone who likes romance/comedy/mystery stuff you should read it for yourself, but by the 2/3 mark they’ve kinda already fallen for each other and then they have experiences that bring them even closer together and make it seem way more believable but also warm and cozy at the same time.
