I dnf’d fourth wing and that kinda put me off more dragon books, but I keep hearing really good things about this series. Is it ya? Not necessarily a bad thing, just something I like to know going in so I’m not disappointed/know what to expect

It’s definitely not YA, very much an adult fantasy series. The prose is definitely more dense and mature.
