I only read the first book, but it’s very clearly written with a specific message in mind and with an intentionally-intuitive magic system. I don’t enjoy it as much as Stormlight Archive, but it’s still a good series. it might be geared for people less familiar with the genre, but that doesn’t mean they’re dumb 💀

People are hating on December!? It quite literally may be in my top 5 of his books 😅. And I mean mistborn was one of the first books he wrote, and sure it’s ya, but it’s well written ya and his writing def improved from there but I don’t think it was terrible to begin with. Better than some other super popular ya TikTok fantasy books 🫣
