Im annoyed cause i just told this guy on facebook marketplace i’d buy his unopened kindle off of him and then i actually read the back and it says it has the ads on it like why the FUCK. jeff bezos count your days cause i’m irritated

Kind of off topic but the amount of ads on literally everything nowadays is exhausting. Pinterest is mostly ads. Streaming platforms I already pay for have ads. On Instagram every other post is a targeted ad. It’s honestly depressing if you think about it too long considering that there are so many people in the world without basic necessities and big corporations only care about targeting people for anything they can get from them.

I watched the social dilemma on Netflix and its literally just a bunch of people who took part in creating social media and how terrible it is for people and how people like mark zuckerberg control EVERYTHING and nothing is designed to be good. All the bullshit ads everywhere
