Yes! Went in expecting nothing and was pleasantly surprised. I’m thinking he has the potential to not be underrated for much longer (as long as he keeps releasing books) I know the author has some mental health/personal issues, so obviously I’m not gonna be mad, but still a little disappointed that there might never be a third book. But the second is as good if not better than the first! I’d still read it regardless

Same!! I grabbed it cause I liked the cover lol but good news I think I read something about him releasing the third book in October!! I’m literally ordering book 2 rn

It’s had several release dates over the past few years 😅 his last official update on it was two years ago, though he replied to a post on Reddit a couple months ago saying it would hopefully be done by this summer and sent off to the publisher. Orbits not one to shy away from publicity tho and I haven’t seen any promotion from them yet. He also said the wait for book 4 wouldn’t be as long. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻I still have more faith that they’ll be released than rothfuss or lynchs’ next works
