Hair dryer and/or alcohol wipe depending on the cover texture

I returned a book because when I removed the sticker it peeled off the material I hate them

Mate by Ali Hazelwood! it’s really good! there is smut in it but it’s closer toward the end of the book

I looked it up and it sounds good! Do I need to read Bride first or are they sort of standalones?

when i started the book i didn’t know it was apart of a series and i understood just about everything that was going on since there are flashbacks in this book BUT i feel like if you read Bride first you might understand it more? but im not sure since its following someone else’s pov. i will say they do reference some things from Bride in this book but it wasnt hard to follow. i plan to read Bride soon tho!

also i’m pretty sure Bride timeline is set before this books timeline
