Tbh I haven’t read these yet but maybe The Picture of Dorian Gray, the Goldfinch, and maybe Sherlock Holmes? Again, haven’t read them yet lol

Side note, while some of these are considered Dark Academia because of setting and tone, they are badly rated and not good imo. Still putting them on here to be thorough because taste is subjective. The genres range from high fantasy to ya, thriller to smut. I put some of the big ones that I know of from when I was a bookseller. I recommend using goodreads to look these up for the genre lists and summaries to see if they’re up your alley.
