ive read project hail mary and the marrian but ive never read artemis. ive been considering it but im scared it wont be as good as the othee two. did you like it?

Unfortunately I missed the initial release, but I snagged them off eBay last year from a super nice reseller. One of them has a tear in the dustjacket so they were cheaper but you can barely tell

I liked it, didn’t love it. I think it’s still a “good” book, it just has the misfortune of being compared to his other two, which doesn’t do it any favors. And it still has sciencey parts, but reads a little more ya. Definitely picks up in the second half tho if you can get through the first. It’s also super short so it wouldn’t take long to pick it up and see for yourself
