Has anyone else started seeing a lot of books at tj maxx / home goods? I’ve bought like 12 there in the last two weeks and all for almost half of normal pricing

TJMaxx gets stuff based on pallets from other stores so because of the popularity of books/Booktok there are more books popping up there. You'll also find Stanley's and HydroFlasks in some stores as well

I work at HomeGoods! yes our buyers got on a book kick there for a while (just like me fr) but they’ve since kind of fell off. now we just get some classics in fancy editions or cheap box sets so I wouldn’t wait too anxiously for more acotar/tsip sets

I just got the hard cover box set of powerless for $40. I don’t even know anything about the series or if I will like it but it just felt like too good of a deal!

I think it’s like 50/50 for me. There were definitely a lot that were bent or torn or something like that. I bought a copy of quicksilver that has a spot on the spine but then it was $5 so I figured I would be okay with that
