They don’t really have the budget for it, and they’re so old and such a normal part of society that they don’t really need to :) when I worked at a bookstore the most advertising we did was signs inside store windows and social media pages.

This! I own a bookstore and I can’t really afford to do more than an ad a year in the college paper.
