I do too!! I love color coding the characters and coloring in the very edges of the pages so that when it’s closed, I can see what chapter goes with who. It makes it soooo pretty

I’m writing a book with multiple POVs 😈. Mainly MMC and every few chapters is FMC. Then planning 1 with the FMC’s sister. Then one from the antagonist. Initially I didn’t want to do multiple POV but the more I plan this out the more it makes sense.

Do you have specific colors for different POVs? Like if its two then they are red and purple and then the third is orange and then the fourth would be black? Or?

Yes exactly like that! I usually get a feel of a character and then assign them a color. For example, I did this for Six of Crows (so fucking good btw) where there are usually six povs. Kaz is gray, Inej is purple, Nina is red, Matthias is gold, Wylan is green, and Jesper is blue

That’s a great idea. I should do that for Red Rising; by the end of the series, the side of the book would be a rainbow.

For sure. It allows the side characters to have depth as well, and I feel like I get less bored because you don't have all the fluffy stuff in it, if that makes sense

I love Red Rising. The first three books have one POV, but as you go on with the series, you collect more, and I’m pretty sure the most recent book has seven POVs! I’m also currently reading the Throne of Glass series, which has multiple POVs, and I love it so far.

Childhood friends to lovers and teammates sports romance. If I had to put a vibe to it, I’d say Friends meets The Perks of Being A Wallflower meets a fuck ton of trauma. It also has a trope that isn’t well liked but for my story itself, it’s pretty important.
