I don’t want to sway your opinions too much, but I feel I should warn you if that was a big complaint for you from six of crows 😅. Not only are the characters in shadow and bone younger too, but the writing is for a younger audience. (Ik they’re both ya but still) def form your own opinions but maybe don’t expect too much so youre not needlessly disappointed

I would personally say six of crows is better than the shadow and bone trilogy… from a stylization point and from the view of the story progression. Still worth a read but don’t expect quite the same experience.
